Services

The park is managed in-house by the developer. Services provided through the service charge include refuse collection, landscaping, cleaning common areas, common area utilities and building structure maintenance.There is a meeting room facility available on-site for hire by the day, half-day or hour.There is currently no catering provision on site but as the park grows it is the ambition to provide a purpose-built cafe and additional meeting/presentation facilities.These facilities will also include showers for those cycling to work.

The site is now protected by state of the art CCTV.
