EPC
An Energy Performance Certificate will be provided once the building has been completed.
Terms
The building will be available on a pre-let basis on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term to be agreed.
Upon agreement of the lease, the refurbishment works will take approximately 12 months to complete.

Each party is to bear their own legal costs.
